The Play It Safe^™ program encompasses Jake’s 58’s new operating procedures, which have been reengineered to minimize contact risk. It includes bolstered hygiene protocols to meet or exceed best-practice guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

For the hotel, guest rooms are being deep cleaned ahead of new guests checking in, with the housekeeping team cleaning and treating rooms with products formulated to eliminate viruses and bacteria. This includes door handles, hard-surface furniture, thermostats, remote controls and light switches. To help maintain social distancing, the staff is not entering guest rooms during stays of three nights or less.

Signage is featured in each room with a QR code that a guest can scan on their smartphone to call the front desk. Limited room service and takeout food and beverage will be available for hotel guests.
